How do I set the Taobao buyer blacklist? Tutorial on setting up a Taobao buyer blacklist

1. After logging on to Taobao, click "service" under the Taobao seller center. Then, we can find "Member Relationship Management" and search for it, as shown in the following figure.

2. Go to the relevant interface and click [order now]. Then this service is free of charge. We click [agree to the agreement and pay] at the agreement, and the order will be successful.

 

 

3. After the subscription is successful, we will see a [Member Relationship Management]. Click it to enter.

4. In Member Relationship Management, click [customer management], select a customer you want to set as the blacklist, and click [tag] to view a [Forbidden purchase ]. Customers who have not placed orders for three months cannot be set to the blacklist.

5. If you have any questions, you can go to Settings. You only need to go to Seller Center> marketing Center> Member Relationship Management to go to settings.
