How do I set up confidential printing when I print a file using a common composite printer?

Now more and more enterprises and companies in order to save costs, improve printing efficiency, will arrange a public printing room for everyone to use. Convenience and confidentiality is reduced, here to show you a Windows system with the confidential printing function to solve the confidentiality problem.

1, open the file we need to print, in the General printing options, select "Printer properties."

2, in the printer properties of the job Type Drop-down bar to select "Confidential printing."

3, open "set", in the "User Identifier" column set a name to distinguish between printing files, and in the "Confidential Print Password" column set a password. When the settings are complete, click Print.

4, confidential printing is required I go to the composite printer in person to confirm the printing, find the composite printer "job confirmation" button. Select "Confidential Printing".

5, find the previous set of "User identifier", check to confirm printing.

6, enter the previously set "confidential print password." When OK, the print ends.

1, confidential print set "user identifier" and "Confidential print password" can not be forgotten, no person can not be certified printing.

2, after the completion of the printing, according to individual needs in the composite printer to choose to retain or delete the print file.
