How do i show all the formatting in the Word2013 document?

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and click the file → options button.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, switch to the Quick Access Toolbar tab, click the Select commands from the Drop-down triangle button, and in the Drop-down menu, select the command not in Ribbon option.

Step 3rd, select the Show Formatting option in the command list, and then click the Add button to add the command to the Quick Access Toolbar list and click OK.

Step 4th, return to the Word2013 document window, select all the document contents or part of the text, and then click the Show Formatting button in the Quick Access Toolbar.

Step 5th Displays the formatting that is included in the selected Word document in the Open Display Formatting task pane.
