Solution: Manually set the wireless network card static IP address, the following methods:

First, open network and Sharing Center, click Change Adapter Device

Then click the Right Key property

Click Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPV4) in the settings

Click Properties and select "Use the IP address below" to modify the IP address.
