How do I use the Excel2010 reading function to proofread data?

1. Open the Excel form that needs to be proofread by reading aloud, first we have to make sure Excel2010 has not added the reading function, if not, click the "file" → "option" of the toolbar.

2. Select "Quick Access Toolbar" in the Excel option, then select "No commands in the Ribbon"

3. Then select "Press ENTER to start reading the cell" and click "Add" to confirm the final click.

4. After returning the document we select the cell and we can press ENTER to start reading.
