1. We enter the Samsung Android system Universal key, click on the red box below the "Application" icon.
2. Then locate the "Set" button in the image below and click Enter.
3. Then we'll see the account, the cloud, reset, and here we click on the third "reset" button.
4. Then there will be a "restore factory settings" text, we click on it.
5. When entering to reset, the mobile phone will remind us, will delete the mobile phone data, including the application, and so on "Reset Device" we click on it.
6. Then you will be prompted to delete your personal information, rather than the system out of the information we click on the "Delete all."
After the completion of the above operation, when the mobile phone automatically restart, the phone will successfully restore the factory settings.
Note: If you have previously set up a Samsung account, restore the factory settings will need to enter the password, this password is Apps account password, if you forget the apps password, you can follow the following steps to retrieve:
1. Login to the Samsung Apps website: http://samsungapps.sina.cn/
2. Click on the top right "login".
3. Click "Find your ID or password" below the login button on the right side of the page.
4. After entering the surname, name and birthday of "Find ID", click "Confirm", confirm that you can display the query to the account name in the page, you choose the Samsung account name you forgot before you can login to Samsung Apps.
5. If you forget the password, click "Find Password", enter email, after the birthday, click "Confirm". You will then be prompted to "password change email has been sent to your email address", click "Confirm", login to the email you entered, click on the link. When you enter, you will be able to reset the password, enter the password as prompted, and click "Confirm".
