How do you consult your resume?

We know that resumes are generally sent to the Human Resources Department through the network, and the human resources department then organizes and filters resumes. So how to filter it? Generally, it is determined by a resume reviewer: a quantitative score and a qualitative comments.

The Review Committee is composed of HR, businessanalyst, and partners. Each person has a different focus. I will list details in the following table:
