In a Word document, if you want to crop an image to an alien, you can do so by using the "fill" effect of the graphic.
1, the first ready to cut the picture: through the image processing software, will need to cut down the part of the picture to adjust to the central part.
2, into Word, using the "Drawing" toolbar related buttons, according to the needs of cutting, in the document to draw a closed-shaped graphics. Here, for convenience, we operate directly with the "Cloud callout" AutoShape (Figure 1).
3. At the edge of the cloud callout AutoShape, double-click the mouse to open the Format AutoShape dialog box (Figure 2).
4. Press the Drop-down button on the right side of the fill color, and in the Drop-down list that appears, select the Fill effect option to open the Fill Effect dialog box (Figure 3).
5, switch to the "Picture" tab, through which the "Select Pictures" button, select the previous prepared pictures, determine return.
6, set the "line" "Color" and other attributes, to determine the exit.
The images are cropped to the shape we need (Figure 4).
