When history is not added, clicking link back and forth will report the following error in the console:
Warning: Hash history cannot push the same path; a new entry will not be added to the history stack
The solution is to install and use the history module.
import createBrowserHistory from "history/createBrowserHistory";
const customHistory = createBrowserHistory();

<Router history  = {customHistory} />
Note that the introduced hashrouter is changed to a router.
