If a printing quality problem occurs or you are using your machine in a dusty environment, you need to regularly clean your machine, this ensures optimal printing conditions and prolongs the service life of the machine. The procedure is as follows:

1. Clean the external or display screen of the machine
Clean the machine housing or display screen with a non-velvet cloth. Wet the cloth with water, but do not let the water drop into the machine or drop into the machine.
II. Clean the machine
In the printing process, paper scraps, toner and dust particles will pile up inside the machine. This will cause printing quality problems, such as Toner marks or stains. Cleaning the machine can clear or reduce these problems.
Precautions for cleaning the machine are as follows:
1. Turn off the power switch and unplug the power plug.
2. Open the front cover.
3. Remove the toner cartridge as shown in the figure.
4. Clean the machine with a dry non-velvet cloth.
5. Reinstall the toner cartridge as shown in the figure.
6. Disable the front cover.
7. Plug in the power plug again and turn on the power switch.
3. Cleaning scanning device
Keeping the scanning device clean helps to produce copies of the best quality. We recommend that you clean the scanning device when you start working every day. If necessary, you can also clean it during work.
1. Use a soft velvet cloth or paper towel to slightly wet the water.
2. Lift and open the scanner cover.
3. Wipe the scanner surface until it is clean and dry.
4. Close the scanner cover.
