How does a virtual printer convert various documents into PDF documents?

PDF documents have the advantage of being able to preserve the original format of a file across platforms. So the documents we usually find are mostly in PDF format, so how do we convert other formats into PDF format, using a virtual printer?

1, first download the Tinypdf Software installation package, the following diagram "Next" can be installed successfully

2, after successful installation, the desktop will appear below the icon, double-click to open

3, open, the printer list will appear in the "Tinypdf" printer we just installed

4, if not the printer and paper settings can be skipped, directly see Step 8, click "Tinypdf", then right click "Properties"

5, will pop up an option box, appears as shown in the following figure

6. Click "Print Preferences" in the red circle

7. Pop-up option box, set yourself according to your needs

8, the following start printing, here in WPS for example, click on the option box "print"

10, we put the name of the item selected as "Tinypdf" as shown in the picture, you can click "OK" to print

11, click "OK" will pop up a file Save dialog box, here Select the converted PDF File save location, select, click "Save"

12. Conversion is in progress as shown below

13. When the conversion is complete, the converted PDF document will be opened automatically, as shown in figure. This is the end, did not understand and then turn upside down look.

Note: This method applies to all documents that support print output to PDF documents.
