How does Axure create shared projects, edit shared projects, and obtain shared projects?
If our partner is a programmer, we cannot avoid shaking hands with Axure, but project sharing is required when a project requires collaborative operations. Similar to our svn, when we think of data center cooperation, we come to 427 every morning to open the computer and start a new day's work. First, we download the latest code of the project team from the server. Second, go to your own branch, perform work, and submit code to your branch every hour (many people have this habit. Because sometimes I modify the code myself, and finally want to restore it to the version of the previous hour, or to see which code I modified in the previous hour, I need to do this ). Finally, when the bell rings at half past ten on this beautiful evening, we need to merge our branches into the master branch of the server. The work is completed in one day and reflected to the server.
Recently, I took over a project and needed everyone to work together to draw a prototype diagram. Then, can our Axure manage nie, of course, and the Internet world through svn, next, let's briefly introduce how Axure builds shared projects, edits shared projects, and obtains shared projects.
Create a shared project
Step 1: Open Axure, click team in the menu bar, and create a team project from the current file, as shown in:
Step 2. After you click it, the Team Project name input box is displayed. Enter a project name that is easy for the partner to understand:
Step 3: Click Next to bring up the team project directory setting box:
Step 4: select a folder in Windows, set it to a shared folder, select the shared folder as the team project directory location, click confirm team project directory location, and then click Next:
Step 5: click "finish". After a short wait, the shared project can be created successfully:
Edit a shared project
Step 1: After creating a shared project, you will find the page in the site map in blue. When you move the cursor to the main editing area, the system prompts "click to check out and update ". Blue indicates that you cannot edit the project at this time. You need to check out the project before editing. It is similar to the svn update and commit.
Step 2: to edit a shared project, you must change the page from blue to green by checking out the page. You can check out a single page right-click the page in the site map, click check out or click the team in the menu, and then click "all checked out"
Check out all:
Step 3: After the page is checked out, it can be seen that all the pages in the site map are green, which is equivalent to migrating all the pages to the local area and you can edit them. But please note that when you have a partner editing a page, you cannot check out the page.
Step 4: After editing, You need to submit your modifications, that is, click "check in all", so that your partners can view your modifications through the update project. At this time, all the pages will turn blue, that is, they cannot be edited.
After you check in, the following status appears:
Get shared project
Step 1: Click the team on the menu bar and click get and open the Team Project:
Step 2: find the location of the shared folder. It must be a folder containing db, conf, locks, and other files. These files are automatically generated when a shared project is created. click Next, the location where the project copy is saved is displayed. The following operations are similar to creating a shared project. Click Next and wait for several seconds. A message is displayed, indicating that the project is successfully obtained.
Step 3. Finally, an rpprj file shown in will appear locally. The rpprj file is the Axure shared project file in red. Unlike the local file rp file, the local file is blue. Partners who use shared projects must create shared projects in the same LAN.
Note:This blog post briefly introduces some simple operations of Axure, how to create shared projects, how to edit shared projects, and how to obtain shared projects. Many Axure operations are similar to svn, Axure, is a professional prototype design tool, allows experts who define requirements and specifications, design features, and interfaces to quickly create application software or Web site line charts, flowcharts, prototypes, and specification instructions. As a professional prototype design tool, it can quickly and efficiently create a prototype. It also supports collaborative design and version control management. The project is in progress and is not yet complete ......
