1, open Excel, click the "Open Other Workbook" option, and then select the location of the Excel workbook to open it

2. In an open Excel worksheet, select a cell to click it. Then click "Review" in the menu options bar and click the "New annotation" option in the annotation partition ribbon of the Review tab

3, this time the cell right side will pop up the annotation dialog box, we can enter the text information in the comment box

4, click the right mouse button on the frame of the annotation box, click the "Format annotation" option in the menu list option that pops up.

5, in the Pop-up Format Annotation dialog box, switch to the color and Line tab, click the small triangle arrow to the right of the fill color, and select the Fill effect option in the Drop-down menu

6, in the Pop-up Fill Effect dialog box, switch to the Picture tab, click the "Select Picture" button. Select a picture from the local to open. Finally click "OK" button

7, after the setting is determined, the picture we selected will be displayed in the annotation box.
