How does Iomega set up ssh to display Chinese characters after logging on to the backend system?

The administrator first needs to enable the diagnosis mode supported by iomega. For details, refer to the Knowledge Base No.: 138287.

Open an ssh tool that supports Chinese characters, such as putty;

Select the UTF-8 as illustrated;

 

Return to the session interface, enter the IP address of the iomega device, and click "open ";

Enter the password and log on to the/etc/profile file of the vi device. Add the following two lines to the file:

Export LC_ALL = zh_CN # for linux: zh_CN

Export LANG = zh_CN # for linux: zh_CN

Run command update:

# Source/etc/profile

After running the command, you can run the ls command to view the Chinese file name in the device.
