1. We have the latest version of itunes in our computer, and then we turn on the itunes software in our computer.

2. In the open itunes software, we click "edit" → "preferences" under the menu and click it to enter.

3. Then we click on "Device" to enter, as shown in the following figure.

4. Then we "prevent the ipod, the iphone and the ipad auto sync" box selected in the front.
