How does PS load a new brush?

1, open their own computer inside the PS software.

2, in the PS inside Open Brush Tool, click on the small icon below, you can refer to my screenshot of the picture.

3, click to open a small icon, and then the picture is the screenshot below.

4, click Load, find their own download the brush, click OK, the brush is successfully loaded into the PS inside.

5, finally, the brush tool is successfully loaded in, but to restart its own PS.

6, without restarting the computer, directly restart the PS software on the line, and then open the Brush tool, you can see the new brush you have just added.
