How does Samsung laser black and white multi-functional machine SCX-4321NS use scanning function?

To use the machine scan function, follow these steps:

 

1. Connect the data cable and printer to the computer.

 
2. Install the scanning program. If you have a CD, simply use the CD to install it. If you do not have a CD, you can download the scanning program from the ghost official website. (Click here to download the scan software, and click here to download the scan driver .)

 
3. After the installation program is complete, place the single-page document face-down on the document glass panel.

 

 

4. Open the Easy Document Creator software and click search ].

 

  

 

5. Click Start Search. The software will search for your connected scanner device.

 

 

6. After searching, select the Samsung SCX-4650 4x21 S Series scanner device and press OK ].

 

  

7. Click Scan ].

 

   

8. Select document scan ]. (There are multiple scanning methods in the scan. You can select one based on the scan File Requirements. The following uses "document scan" as an example .)
Image Scan: used to scan one or more images.
Document scan: used to scan documents that contain text or text and images.
Text Conversion: used to scan documents whose text format needs to be edited.
Book Scan: used to scan books with a tablet scanner.

 

  

9. The machine starts pre-scanning files automatically. After pre-scanning is completed, Click Scan ]. (Scan settings can be performed according to the scan File requirements .)

 

 

 
10. After scanning, set the items in the red box according to your needs, and click save.
