Method One:
1, open My.ini file, find Default-storage-engine=innodb this line, change it to Default-storage-engine=myisam.
2. Remove Ib_logfile0 and Ib_logfile1 from the data directory in the MySQL installation directory
3. Locate the Infodb directory you specified when configuring the MySQL server to remove ibdata1
According to the My.ini file:
#*** INNODB Specific Options * * * innodb_data_home_dir= "d:/"
4. Restart the MySQL service
Method Two:
Reload MySQL, always prompt "Unable to start the MySQL service, error 1067 process unexpectedly stop restarting, repair the registry is useless, on-line check, change what basedir, also useless I use is mysql5.8, find to go to, remember before loaded wampserver,pc_ Webserver and other integrated environments, these software will write My.ini,php.ini to the C:windows directory, and set to read-only.
Workaround:
Remove the My.ini file from the Windows directory,
Reload MySQL, service started successfully
Method Three:
1, execute winmysqladmin, generate My.ini file 2, mysqld-install start MySQL service 3, net start MySQL service display normal when the connection through Mysql-u root-p The server did not start Error, look at the Server service, do not start the MySQL service, manual start to produce 1067 errors, reinstall several times MySQL, error is still. No errors are observed for each configuration.
My system environment win2003 MySQL version 4.0.12 solution, will winmysqladmin generated My.ini copy to C:windows and start MySQL all OK. This has not been tried: actually do not need to reconfigure you just click Mysql.exe in the/bin directory
Mysqld.exe
Mysqld-nt.exe
Winmysqladmin.exe
When the cue box appears, cancle it out directly.
Then click on the Winmysqladmin.exe on the bottom right of the small icon to select the start service.
How does Windows fail to start the MySQL service error 1067 workaround?
