1. If we enter into my Computer or desktop casually click on a folder to open in the inside to create a file, as shown in the following figure.




2. Then as we right-click the file we just created, click "Properties" in the pop-up menu.



3. Then we click "General" in the Open dialog box as shown in the following image.



4. We just put the following "read-only" tick, click "OK" can be.

Of course, if you don't want someone else to see us, you can set the file to hide the property so that the file is hidden.
