The commonly used formula of automatic summation is very convenient to operate in the range of rule cells, but it is troublesome to evaluate in the range of irregular cells, especially when a large number of data are evaluated, this is a simple method of batch operation.

1, first we want to open a work sample table as an example.

2, as shown in the figure, normal operation method is, check need to automatically sum the range of cells, and then click the automatic Sum shortcut button to get results, each column needs to manually.

3, if there is a large number of data, each time repeat this selection operation will appear cumbersome, so we use positioning, to help achieve this operation. Check the range of cells in the range and tick a blank line.

4. Press the F5 key, or click the Find and select button in the Start tab panel, and select the positioning criteria option in the Drop-down menu. Select null-value positioning in the positioning criteria. Click OK.

5, to determine the completion, we use the keyboard shortcut key "alt+=", remember that after the location is complete, do not use the mouse to click any cell damage to the selection.
