Myeclipse 6.0 and Oracle 10g have the following problems during connection.

Java. SQL. sqlexception: ORA-00604: Error occurred at recursive SQL Level 1
ORA-12705: cannot access NLS data files or invalid environment specified

At first, I thought it was a driver problem, but it was not. I just needed to find the eclipse. ini file in the eclipse directory

Change duser. language = EN to duser. Language = Zh.
