How does ngrok enable access to the local domain name through port 80, ngrok80

During the sending process, we need to have a domain name with port 80 for testing. It is very troublesome to publish the domain name to the service and debugging is not good (I am using asp.net for development ).

Ngrok, a powerful tool for Intranet penetration, can solve this problem.

Step 1 at URL: https://ngrok.com/

Download your desired version (windows)

Step 2: Decompress the package to a root directory for later use.

Step 3, register ngrok, https://dashboard.ngrok.com/user/signup

Step 3: log in after registration and take the token in the red box (my own token is hidden ~~)

 

Step 4: run the cmd command to open the dos window and go to the ngrok folder of drive F.

Step 5: Enter the authtoken obtained in the preceding logon. The input method is as follows:

Step 6: After you press enter to execute the command, you will be prompted how to use it. Follow the prompts and enter the command. The ngrok domain name is 80,

 

Step 7: Press enter to display the following prompt, even if it is successful, http: // domain name .ngrok.sapronlee.com is the domain name used to access your local machine from the Internet,

 

Note: Do not turn off dos when using it. If it is turned off, it will be invalid.

 

Now, you can use this domain name to access the local machine. When you configure a local website on iis, a program developed by asp.net is directly released to the local iis, and port 80 and the domain name are bound, then, bind it to the public account menu or the development and test account menu to access it. You can also use the vs tool to add a process for debugging.
