Before you print a document in Word 2016 for MAC, you can preview the document and specify the page you want to print.
1, preview the document
On the File menu, click Print. To preview each page, click the arrow at the bottom of the preview.
2, in Word 2016 for MAC print the document, before printing, you can preview the document, and specify the page to be printed. If you don't see the preview, under preset, select number of copies and pages, and then select the box next to show Quick Preview. Select the number of copies and any other options you want, and then click the Print button.
3. Print a specific page
On the File menu, click Print. To print only specific pages, under pages, do one of the following: To print a page that appears in the Quick Preview, select Current page. To print a contiguous page (such as 1-3), select from, and then enter the first and last page numbers in the From and to boxes. To print both a single page and a range of pages, such as 3rd and 4–6 pages, select Page range, and then enter a comma-separated page number and range (for example, 3, 4-6).
4, change the direction of a specific page
To display nonprinting characters, such as paragraph marks (¶), click Show All nonprinting characters on the Start tab. Double-click the section break after the section you want to change. The section breaks are shown below:
Click Page Setup. Next to orientation, click the direction you want, and then click OK. Next to apply to, click this section, and then click OK. On the File menu, click Print.
