If the server serving as a cluster node is also a domain controller, You need to modify the default settings of the cluster user account so that it has the permission to log on to the local server, this is mainly achieved by editing the "Group Policy.

The procedure is as follows:

Step 2: Click Start> Run, enter the command line gpedit. msc in the run edit box, and press enter to open the Group Policy Editor window. In the left pane, expand "Computer Configuration"> "Windows Settings"> "Security Settings"> "Local Policies", and click the "user permission allocation" option, right-click the allow local logon option in the right pane and select the "properties" command, as shown in 1.

Step 2: Open the "Allow Logging On Locally" dialog box, and click "add user or group"> "advanced"> "Search now, in the search results list, click Select the user Cluster you just created and click OK, as shown in figure 2.

Close the "Group Policy Editor" window.
