The setcookie () function must be called before the tag. The syntax is setcookie (name, value, expire, path, domain) for example:

Setcookie ("url", "http://www.mianwww.com", time () + 3600);?> This example creates a cookie named url with a value of "http://www.mianwww.com" and sets the expiration date to a childhood
Note: the cookie value is URLencoded during transmission and is automatically decoded upon receipt. If URLencoded is not required, you can use setrawcookie instead of the PHP $ COOKIE variable to obtain a cookie value. in the following example, the cookie value named url is obtained and displayed on the page:
