Note: If you need a password to restore the factory settings prompt, please enter your own screen lock password for unlocking
1. In the phone's standby state click on the "Application" and then open the entry to find the "set" button, as shown in the picture.
3. Then we use our fingers to slide to "reset" below the "restore factory setting" details as shown in the following figure.
5. Then we click on "Reset Device" to enter after a description, and then we read the instructions click "Delete all".
After the completion of the above operation, when the mobile phone automatically restart, the phone will successfully restore the factory set.
PS: Before restoring the factory setting, if the data in your phone doesn't want to be lost, we can back it up with a phone helper, such as short messages, contacts, downloaded apps, photos and the like.
