How does Silverlight work with cloud computing to develop a project?

1. I plan to build my own website. It is purely learning new technologies recently.

Client: Uses Silverlight as the client.
Database: cloud computing is used.
Server: ASP. net mvc is used as the server.

The first idea is to use Silverlight, embed web pages into Silverlight without using JavaScript technology, that is, develop the Silverlight full site.

The second idea is to use the Silverlight technology to embed the Silverlight technology into a webpage and develop it simultaneously using JavaScript and Silverlight.

 

The second type of development is easier, because many modules can be used by others.

The first method is to develop new modules on your own, but it is interesting.
