How does the 740U3E series enter Safe mode? (WIN8)

1. Under the Metro interface, press the keyboard "WIN" + "C" key combination to run the Super button.

 

 

2. In the Super button, select "Settings" at the bottom right.

 

3. In the Settings window, click "Change computer Settings" at the bottom right.

 

4. In Computer settings, select the General option.

 

5. Find "Advanced startup" and click "Reboot Now".

 

6. Then click the "Troubleshoot".

 

7. Select "Advanced Options" as shown in the following figure.

 

8. Click "Startup Settings" in the advanced options as shown in the following image.

 

9. Then click on the lower right corner of the "restart."

 

10. According to the prompts to press the keyboard "F4" or "4" key, select "Enable Safe Mode" to enter Safe mode.
