How does the data in the PPT table be shown separately?

Take the speech map as an example. This chart is clearly a collection of all the sample display results. But sometimes we want to display the data of the sample in the chart one by one while presenting the PPT, to exclude the interference of other sample data to the audience, as shown in the following figure. So how do we do that?

1, we use PPT to edit the data function of the chart to all the other sample data clear zero, leaving only to show the sample data.

2, we select the contents of the chart, the right key or shortcut keys to copy, and then jump to a background picture of the same blank PPT page.

3, in the blank page to click the PPT interface to the upper left corner paste Options, select the selective paste option to go to the next page.

4. Select the "Picture (Windows Metafile)" option in the pop-up Options screen and click OK to see that the chart content has been copied to the page.

5, select the contents of the chart, the right mouse button, in the pop-up options bar to select the combination of options, under the combination of options to ungroup options.

6, in the pop-up prompts select Yes, and then repeat the previous step (combination options-ungroup options). Note that this step-by-step procedure is very important! Once you've done that, you can see that the magic scene is here! All the elements that were not editable in the previous diagram now become editable.

7. Select the chart element that we want to use to illustrate the animation effect, then click the animation effect. And then there's the time for everyone to enjoy their imaginations. Other sample data is similar, just repeat the above steps on another slab.
