How does the Huawei router set the HG8342R routing function?

How does the Huawei router set the HG8342R routing function? Recently the home network from 4MADSL to 10M Fiber, Unicom company gave a model for the hg8342r of the Light cat. The light cat is equipped with 4 LAN ports and 2 telephone interfaces with routing capabilities. By default, only one device can connect to the light cat for dial-up access, which is inconvenient. To enable four LAN ports to be able to surf the Internet at the same time, I did some exploration to successfully open the optical cat routing function, the following is the specific operation.

1, with a network cable to connect the computer and the any LAN port, the designated computer IP, mask and gateway, parameters are as follows:

ip:192.168.1.3

mask:255.255.255.0 (Windows operating system) or 24 (partial *nix system)

gateway:192.168.1.1

2, open terminal (Windows user please open cmd), enter Telnet 192.168.1.1 and execute. The login username is root and the password is admin.

Note that Windows 7 telnet is closed by default and needs to be opened in the Control Panel first.

3, input Get port config Portid 1 and execute, note portvid and Portpri standby. Here's the output I got, and the output you get is different from mine:

4, enter the shell and execute.

5. Perform the following actions:

(2) CP Hw_ctree.xml 1234.xml.gz

(3) Aescrypt2 1 1234.xml.gz tmp

(4) gzip-d 1234.xml.gz

(5) grep telecomadmin 1234.xml

Do you see that? write down username and password, this is the Superuser account, for a while. Copy the Adminwebip URL to the browser's address bar and enter. Note that/cu.html should not be omitted.

6, enter the user name and password just noted, login Web Admin interface:

7, go to the "LAN port working Mode" Settings page, the 4 LAN ports are all selected. Note If IPTV is opened, please do not select the corresponding port for IPTV.

8, enter the "WAN Configuration" Settings page, new connection. Be careful not to delete your own connection, which is used for your home's landline phone. 2_internet_r_vid_10 is my own new connection, you should not see there.

9, my connection information is as follows:

Enable WAN: Checked

Package Type: PPPoE

Protocol type: Use either IPV4 or Ipv4/ipv6. If you choose Ipv4/ipv6, depending on your ISP, IPV6 is not necessarily available.

WAN Type: Routing Wan

Enable VLAN: SELECT

VLAN ID: The Portvid value just obtained

802.1P priority policy: using the specified value

802.1P Priority: The PORTPRI value just obtained

MRU: Leave blank

Username and password: dial-up Internet account number

Enable LCP Request detection: Not selected

Binding items: All LAN ports are selected (if IPTV is opened, do not select IPTV corresponding LAN port)

10, after the completion of the "application", wait 3-4 minutes, open the "Wan Information" page, to see if it is already connected to the Internet: so that 4 LAN can be at the same time online.

Note: Unplug the router connected to HG8342R before you operate.
