1. Device ID settings (unit name)
1. Press menu on the control panel.
2. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select system settings and press OK.
3. When "device settings" is displayed on the screen, press OK.
4. When "device ID" is displayed on the screen, press OK.
5. In ID, enter the unit name on the keyboard and press OK. (Note: the name of the input unit is displayed in letters. Chinese characters are not supported .)
II. Fax number settings
1. Press menu on the control panel.
2. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select system settings and press OK.
3. When "device settings" is displayed on the screen, press OK.
4. Press the left/right arrow on the control panel to select "fax number" and press "OK.
5. Enter the local fax number in [Fax] and press [OK.
After the above operations are completed, the local number and organization name will be displayed on the sent Fax File.
