1. To send a Fax from a computer, you must install the Samsung Network PC Fax program. The random attached disc comes with this program. If the CD cannot be found, click here to download the software program.
2. After the software is installed, open the word document to be sent, click File menu, and then click print ]. (Here we use Word "office 2007" as an example .)
3. Select Samsung Network PC Fax from the printer name, and then click OK ].
4. After the "fax options" window is displayed, click "address book ].
5. in the address book, select address book and click the + icon to add the username and fax number. To edit the username and fax number, click the pen icon.
6. After editing the information, click the [arrow] icon to add the information to the right box, and then click [OK ].
7. Click send to complete the computer fax.
Note: The computer must automatically set the signal for sending a fax to the fax machine of the other party. Otherwise, the computer cannot directly send a fax.
