How does the Win8.1 touch screen open? Win8.1 Touch Screen Opening method

1. We use setting software to operate it, on the keyboard Press "Fn" + "F1" as shown in the following figure.



2. Then a window of the "Settings" application will pop up, as shown in the picture:



3. Then in the pop-up window we click on the left "input device" as shown in the following image.



4. Select "Touch screen Device Settings" at the top right of the "input device".



5. Then we click on, touch screen device settings, and then the default is off below, we just have to change it to on the:



6. Then we will restart the computer, we click "Logout Now" as shown in the following figure.



So waiting for the computer to reboot, our function is open.
