We can solve a lot of problems in safe mode, in particular, the abnormal computer system, but in the Win8 or Win8.1 system in the security model is a bit confused, do not know where to start, today small make up to take everyone together look at the following three ways, each can enter into the safe mode, you like to use whichever can be !
Because Win8 and win8.1 adopted a hybrid start-up, so in the boot speed very fast, also led to the use of F8 can not quickly enter the Safe mode, then how to enter the win8.1 security mode?
win8.1 into Safe Mode method one: Boot boot

win8.1 Enter Safe Mode Method III: Restore old version F8 boot
Because win8.1 uses a hybrid method of rapid start-up, it is not possible to use F8 into Safe mode, but we can turn off the fast start function, otherwise we will not be able to implement the old version of the F8 into Safe mode function.
To enable fast startup off, you can do the following:
1. Press "Win" + "X" shortcut key;
2. Select "Power Options" in the shortcut menu that appears again;
3. Click the "Select the function of the power button" option;
4. Click the "Change current unavailable settings" item;
5. Cancel the quick start and save at the bottom of the interface.
If you are not familiar with the above, you can visit the "Win8" in "Resources". X Quick Launch Settings "URL, see the specific actions.
Close the quick start, press the "Win" + "X" shortcut, select the command prompt (Administrator) option on the shortcut menu, and enter "Bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy" in the English state and return.
The "Operation completed successfully" prompt appears, indicating that you have successfully set up. Reboot the computer and press the F8 key to see if there is a traditional "safe mode" option on the power-on.
If you want to restore the previous win8.1 boot mode, you can enter "Bcdedit/set {default} bootmenupolicy standard" at the command prompt and return.
