How does Win10 disable the QQ Security Protection update process ?, Win10 Security Protection
When running QQ in Windows 10, a QQ Security Protection window is often displayed, asking us to install the application. How can we close this annoying prompt? Here is a solution.
On the Windows 10 system desktop, right-click the start button and choose "run" from the shortcut menu.
In the Open Run window, enter the command gpedit. msc and click OK to run the command.
In the open Local Group Policy Editor window, expand "Local Group Policy Editor"-"Computer Configuration"-"Windows Settings"-"Security Settings"-"Software Restriction Policy"
Right-click "Software Restriction Policy" and choose "create Software Restriction Policy" from the shortcut menu.
Right-click the new "Other Rules" menu item, and select the "new hash rule" menu item in the pop-up menu.
A new hash rule dialog box is displayed. Click "Browse ".
In the pop-up window, select the upload txupd.exe file, set the security level to "not allowed", and click "OK.
In the same example, we disable the settings of the qqprotectupd.exe file and restart the computer. In this way, the pop-up window of QQ security protection will not pop up.
