Select "computer settings"

In "computer settings", select "privacy"

In "privacy", select "Microphone"

Our "Microphone" is enabled by default.

If we want to close it, We can click it to close it. All applications cannot open the microphone.

If we only want to set some applications. We can see that "allow these applications to use my microphone"

We can directly select the application we need to open or close.
