Method One: Tick the safety boot
Use the "Win" + "R" combination shortcut keys to quickly pull up the start of the dialog box, and then type the msconfig command to open the system configuration settings, and then switch to the "Boot" menu, check the bottom of the "Security Boot", and finally click on the end of the confirmation, as shown in
When you are done, restart your computer to see the Safe mode entry.
Method Two: Use cmd command
The "Win" + "X" combination shortcut opens the Start menu in the lower-left corner and selects Power Options, as shown in the following illustration:
Then click the "Select power button function" option, and then click "Change currently unavailable settings" item, at the bottom of the interface cancel the Quick start and save, as shown in the following figure:
When the above settings are complete, press "Win" + "X" shortcut, select "Command Prompt (Admin)" option in the shortcut menu, and enter in the English state: bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy legacy and enter the Win8.1 Safe mode, as shown in the following figure:
If you need to close, you can go to the command prompt again, and then type the command: bcdedit/set {default} Bootmenupolicy standard completes and press ENTER.
