Not only can users insert clip art through a Web collection in the Word2007 document window, they can also access the Office Online Web site to download clip art to a user's local collection, and then insert clip art into the Word2007 document from my collections. To make sure that your current computer is connected to the Internet, the steps to download clip art on the Office Online site are as follows:
Step 1th, open the Word2007 document window and click the Clip Art button in the illustrations group in the Insert Ribbon, as shown in Figure 2009031405.

Step 2nd, open the Clip Art task pane and click the Office Online Clips link, as shown in Figure 2009031406.

Step 3rd, in the Open Office Online Web site, automatically opens the Clip art channel. Enter keywords in the Clip art search box (for example, "Trees") and click the Search button. In the returned clip art search results list, select the clip you want to download, and in the Select Basket area, click the Download Now button, as shown in Figure 2009031407.

Step 4th, open the Clip Art download page window and click the Download Now button. Click the Open button in the Open Download Now dialog box to begin downloading the clip, as shown in Figure 2009031408.

The 5th step, when you finish downloading clip art, automatically opens the Microsoft Clip Organizer window and automatically creates the appropriate folder based on the type of clip art the user downloads. Users can insert clip art from my collections, as shown in Figure 2009031409.
