1. Import via Java Build path.

For example, I want to use Servlet-api.jar this package on my project, I use the Web container is tomcat, then the following actions:

"Properties", "Java Build Path", "Libraries", "Add External JARs ...", right-click Project

Locate the specified jar package.

2. Copy the jar package directly to this path of the project: Testproject\webcontent\web-inf\lib
