1. Select a cell with fewer digits, and click the Add Decimal Number button on the Formatting toolbar multiple times to fill the number of digits to 0.

2. Select a cell with fewer digits, right-click to select the format Cells command, in the pop-up window click the "Number" tab, select "Number" in the right "decimal places" to enter the required, the program will automatically fill the number of digits 0. Similarly, if you set a small number of decimal places for a cell with more digits, the program automatically removes the following number.
