Select the cells you want to enter numbers such as 05, 4.00, right-click, and click Format Cells on the shortcut menu that pops up.

In the next interface, select the Number tab, choose Text in the list box, and click OK. So, in these cells, we can enter numbers such as "05", "4.00".
