Step two, select the Excel file you want to repair, click the "Recover" button to begin the automatic repair work, as shown in Figure 2-38, set the saved name in the Open dialog box when you are done, click the Save button to save the repaired file, and complete the repair work as shown in the figure:
Method Four, Save as SYLK format repair shun-bad work thin
Save the workbook as a SYLK format, and you can filter the corrupted elements out of the meter to fix the damaged Excel file with the following specific methods:
On the File tab, click the Save As button. Open the Save As dialog box, select the SYLK (symbolic Link) option in the Save as Type Drop-down list box, and then click the Save button when you are finished, as shown in the figure:
Method Five, use Word to repair a damaged workbook
You can also repair a damaged workbook by using Word to convert the format of an Excel file in XLS format:

Step two, locate and select the destination workbook, click the Drop-down button to the right of the Open button, and select Open and Repair in the pop-up Drop-down menu, as shown in the figure:
Step three, open the prompt dialog box, prompting the file to be opened by a text converter. Click the Yes button to determine that the file opens with the Open Worksheet dialog box open, select Open a specific worksheet in the document in open workbook Drop-down list box, or open the entire workbook, click OK to open the file , which can be converted to a text file and imported into Excel.
