1. Select A1 and A2 cells, switch to the Start tab, and in the Font group, set the fill color to white, background 1, dark 15%.

2. Select A1 Cell and open the dialog Box Launcher in the lower-right corner of the font group on the Start tab.

3. POPs up the Format Cells dialog box, switches to the Borders tab, sets the color to white, and then presses the top border and left border buttons in the Borders group.

4, continue to set the color to "white, background 1, Dark 50%", and then add the bottom border and the right border.
