How Excel quickly generates pay bars

As you know, there is only one table header in Excel Payroll in finance, there are many employee's salary records below, but when the payroll is generated, each employee's salary bar will have a table header and various details of the data records, so as to see the details. Is it difficult for the financial staff to manually copy a table head to each employee and then print it again? That's not tiring. So, how can you quickly generate a payroll for each employee? This paper introduces a method to realize the use of auxiliary row and column addition sorting technique.

First, open the basic wage total table. To make it easier to demonstrate, we use a payroll with a simple project.

Preferred to create a secondary column on the right side of the table, copying line numbers to the right-hand secondary column. and paste it again below the column.

Copy the header row, and then bulk select the blank area below, perform the Paste command, fill the blank area below, and paste the area to match the number of rows in the second set of secondary columns.

In ascending order according to auxiliary column G, click the "Data → sort" command, select the primary key as "column G", the sort order as "ascending", and click "OK" sort.

In a flash, the result you see is as purple, is it what you want?

Finally delete the auxiliary column G. After printing, press every two lines to cut open, you can send to employees.

Understand the above practice, no matter how many salary items you encounter, the number of employees, can be done in this way one-time, the time required is basically the same.
