How Excel searches by color

First, let's look at the table.


In the table above, there are red, green, blue, and black cell data, so if your Excel table data is so much and you want to know which cells are red, how do you find them?

Find menu: "edit" → "replace", pop-up the following Figure dialog box.

In the image above, click the small triangle to the right of "format" and select "Choose Format From Cell", then click A2 cell with your mouse, because you are looking for a red one, and if it is a different color, click the other cell.

After you get the color you want to find, click Find All, as shown in the following image.

The data found is listed, you can select the first one, by cooperating with the SHIFT key, re-select the last one, so that the data is all checked.
