The Excel Macro button is set to the following steps:
1. The nature of the button is a macro, so before making the button, we first record a macro, the macros are ready, you can make the button. First open a table as shown in the picture, select the headline, and then we execute on the menu bar: Development Tools--Macros
2. Set the macro name to "big title" and save it as a "Personal macro Workbook" so that you can see the macro by opening any Excel, and you can only see the macro in this Excel file if you save it in the current workbook.
3. Right-click the selected cell, and in the Open right-click menu, select Format cell
4. In the Open Cell Format dialog box, switch to the alignment item, and then set the horizontal, vertical, and merged cells.
5. Switch to the font options, then set the font style and font size, and finally click OK button. The font style and font size should be set to meet the big headline eye-catching requirements.
6. After setting the format of the headline, we will click "Stop Recording" under the development tool.
7. Next record a macro, this time is to set the format of the small title, set the flow diagram I have posted below, as with the above steps, here is not explained.
8. After recording a good macro, we execute on the menu bar: development tool-INSERT, select button in open list.
9. Drag the mouse to draw a button, you will open a designated Macro dialog box, select the "big title" This macro, and then click the OK button.
10. Set the text on the button to: Format a large title. If you want more text on the button, to set his font and size, you can also right-click the button, choose to set the space format, more specific to the text settings.
11. The same way we add a button 2, the specified macro is a small title.
12. Finally, we'll insert the button in a different way. The previous button is to create a macro, and then add a button, now first insert a button, and then create a macro, as shown in the figure, first select a cell to format, and then the menu bar to execute the development tool-INSERT, insert a button.
13. Drag the mouse to draw a button, and then automatically open the dialog box, set the macro name "set column heading", and then click on the right side of "recording"
14. Open the Record Macro dialog box, set the macro name, and click OK. The format of the cell is now set and all settings are recorded in the macro.
15. When the cell settings are complete, then execute: Development Tools--stop recording
16. Set the text of the button to: Format the column headings, so that the button is finished making, you have learned.
