How can I clear the machine's internal paper jam? (SL-M2876HN, SL-M2676FH)

Step 1. Open the front cover and remove the toner cartridge

If the machine is congested, turn on and close the front cover. The stuck paper will automatically exit the printer. If not, follow these steps:

 
1. Open the front cover.

 

 

 

2. Retrieve the toner cartridge.

 

 

Step 2. Open the inner cover and remove the paper jam

Open the inner cover and check the paper jam.

 

 

Step 3. Disable the inner cover and reinstall the toner cartridge.

1. Close the inner cover.

 

 

 

2. Reinstall the cartridge.

 

 

Step 4. Disable the front cover

Turn off the front cover and the printing will be automatically restored.
