In Excel, enter a value of more than 12 digits, the system automatically converts it to a scientific notation format, and if you enter a value of more than 15 digits, the system automatically converts 15-bit values to "0". This conversion will not meet our requirements when we need to enter some special values (such as ID number). In order for these long digits to be fully displayed, you must use the following two methods to convert the cell to text format and then enter it.
First, enter a single quotation mark ("'") in an English state when entering these long values, and then enter a value for the connector.
Note: This method is suitable for entering a small number of long values, and single quotes in the English state of the input do not affect display and printing.
Method Two: Select the appropriate range of cells, perform the format → cell command, open the Format Cells dialog box, under the Value tab, select the text option, OK to return, and then enter a long value in the cell above the line.
