How is the word2013 document encrypted?
1, open the required encrypted Word document, click on the upper left corner of the file button.
2. Click the Protect Document button in the newly appearing page.
3, the Emergence of pop-up menu, in the menu to find the password to encrypt and click.
4, enter the password for encryption, and then click OK button. This password is used to enter when the document needs to be opened when the encryption is complete, and you cannot open the encrypted document without knowing the password.
5, enter the password again to confirm, two times the password needs to be consistent.
6, the document can be encrypted successfully. When successful, the system displays the protected document and must provide a password to open the document.
7, save the document and exit, open the document again when you need to enter a password to be able to open and view.
8, password input and click OK button, the contents of the document will automatically display.
Attention matters
You must enter a password after the document is encrypted to open and view the document.
If you want to remove the password, you only need to enter a password to save the document as a new document, there is no password in the new document.
