How Outlook messages Select a printed page

It is strange to know why Outlook2007 design, unexpectedly did not have the option to print the first few pages of the function, sometimes the user as long as a page to print, or a page of the content, can only copy it to Word to print it, this is really inconvenient. The company later wrote a add-in to implement this function. And now outlook2007 SP2 with this feature, after installing the SP2, printing will be more than the figure shown in the options:

This is the case in Outlook2003.

I have this Outlook installed with Office 2003 instead of a standalone outlook2003 client.
